WEEK 1 - 4

Really easy tool. I sat on the Personal Values for a week. I'm not a verbose writer so I found it hard to express my values with definitions. I like the way you have explained it. Shown what you're going through. Comparing to the outplacement service I got from another firm 3 months ago I certainly didn't get that from them.  I just got "oh, I'll send you a template" but I didn't know what I was supposed to be going through. If people have been through university or structured courses, they will be expecting more.  It help people to plot themselves from the beginning so that you are giving a realistic picture of where you think they are in the Readyness journey, and what they should focus on as an individual so that you emphasise the parts that will be most relevant to them, assuming not everyone will do the whole comprehensive thing.
